Job summary

SUMMIT WORKFORCE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Coordinator for waterproofing and insulation works across multiple sites in Singapore.

You will prepare RA, SWP, material submissions, schedules, and project documentation, and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure progress and quality. The ideal candidate has a diploma in civil engineering or related field, 1–3 years of construction coordination experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of construction project coordination experience.
• Experience in waterproofing, thermal insulation, or protective coating works.
• Experience handling security clearance / pass applications for MINDEF or MHA sites.
• Familiar with Risk Assessment (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and project documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate waterproofing, insulation, and coating projects.
• Prepare RA, SWP, material submissions, schedules, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship, safety, and quality.
• Supervise surface preparation, coating, waterproofing, and insulation works.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate defect rectification.
• Track materials, deliveries, project schedules, and outstanding works.
