PERSOL is seeking an experienced account management professional to support business development and partner onboarding in Singapore. You will manage client portfolios, analyze performance data, and drive growth through regular reviews and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. You will contribute to monthly performance reporting and participate in process improvement

• Support business development and merchant/client acquisition activities, including prospecting, engagement, negotiation, and onboarding of new partners.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts by monitoring performance, analysing sales and operational data, and conducting regular business reviews to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and support monthly business performance reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives, resolve operational matters, and address partner or customer enquiries.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects aimed at enhancing customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder with 2-3 years of experience in account management, business development, e-commerce, merchandising, sales operations, or related fields.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with reporting and data analysis tools is an advantage.
