Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a BD Executive to support the Sales & Business Development team for its e-commerce venture arm, based at Changi Airport. The role involves hands-on exposure to a marketplace platform, driving sales initiatives, resolving issues, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance performance.

The ideal candidate has a diploma with 2–3 years in e-commerce or merchandising, plus a marketing degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder with 2–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, merchandising, or a related field.
• Degree holder in Marketing or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support merchant acquisition efforts for the platform, including prospecting, negotiating and onboarding.
• Take on the key account manager role for a portfolio of merchants. This includes actively tracking sales performance of your accounts, analysing data to derive insights, and conducting regular business reviews to further drive sales.
• Assist in monthly business reporting activities.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to execute campaigns, resolve operational issues and address customer queries.
• Support ad-hoc projects related to platform improvements, customer experience, and operation efficiency.

About the Role
