About the Role

An established semiconductor and electronic components distributor is looking for a Sales Manager to drive business growth across the Southeast Asia region.

This role is responsible for managing key customer relationships, expanding sales of RF, power, and passive components, while leading the Malaysia and Vietnam sales teams. It is ideal for an experienced technical sales leader with a strong background in semiconductor distribution and regional account management.

What we’re looking for

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Business, or a related discipline
• Proven sales experience within the semiconductor or electronic components industry
• Strong knowledge of RF components, power components, and passive components
• Previous experience leading or managing sales teams
• Regional sales exposure within Southeast Asia is highly preferred
• Strong account management, negotiation, and business development skills
• Minimum 10 years experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and commercially focused
• Willing to travel within the region
