Job summary

DYNAMIC HUMAN CAPITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned sales professional to manage a key global semiconductor account.

You will drive revenue, maintain strong customer relationships, and coordinate with regional teams to align on pricing and delivery. The role requires at least 5 years in sales or account management within electronics, with deep knowledge of semiconductor products, demand planning, and commercial processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales/account management experience in semiconductors.
• Experience with global customers and cross-regional stakeholders preferred.
• Strong understanding of pricing, supply chain, and commercial processes.
• Bachelor's or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Business Admin or related.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities and account performance for an assigned global customer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage sales activities and account performance for an assigned strategic global customer.
• Achieve revenue and sales targets for the assigned account and product portfolio.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for the customer and coordinate account-related matters across regions.
• Manage RFQs, quotations, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor customer demand, sales forecasts, product requirements, and supply status.
• Coordinate closely with product, supply chain, operations, quality, and Headquarters teams to support customer requirements.
• Manage customer issues and ensure timely communication, escalation, and resolution.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, account updates, and management presentations.
• Monitor industry trends, customer business developments, competitor activities, and memory market conditions relevant to the assigned account.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related commercial role within the semiconductor or electronics industry.
• Experience working with global customers and cross-regional stakeholders is preferred.
• Good understanding of semiconductor products, customer demand, pricing, supply chain, and commercial processes.
