Job summary

JointHire Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a senior sales leader to drive revenue growth across Southeast Asia. You will lead both outdoor and inside sales, set territory strategies, and manage distributors and strategic customers.

The role requires coordinating with logistics, finance, technical teams, and HQ in Japan to resolve issues and optimize profitability. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in semiconductor B2B sales with proven leadership, a strong grasp of supply chains, and experience with

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in distribution, contractor, or semiconductor B2B sales with team leadership.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, supply chains, and SEA markets.
• Working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems, preferably SAP, with ability to manage pipelines and forecasts.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Leadership, coaching, delegation, and performance-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the outdoor and inside sales team to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute distribution and territory strategies across Southeast Asia.
• Manage distributor performance through target setting, pipeline reviews, and joint account planning.
• Build senior-level relationships with distributors, strategic customers, and new prospects.
• Guide opportunity qualification, pricing, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure while protecting profitability.
• Maintain accurate account, activity, opportunity, quotation, and forecast data in SAP and CRM.
