Job summary

European Security Systems Supplier in Singapore is seeking a Sales Manager to establish and grow the dealer network across Southeast Asia. You will develop and execute sales strategies to hit company targets and expand market share.

You will analyze market trends, manage budgets and forecasts, train partners, and coordinate with Marketing, Product Development and Customer Service to support sales initiatives. Travel up to 50% regionally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as Sales Manager or in a sales leadership role.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in Security Dealer or System Integrator, preferably from Video Business, Public Address or Software Control Business (Building Management Systems).
• Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and processes.
• Team leadership experience for a small sales team.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% regionally.
