Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is hiring a Sales Engineer to support the SEA region from Singapore. You will design and deliver surveillance solutions, conduct live/product demos and provide pre‑ and post‑sales technical support.

Responsibilities include design of CCTV architectures, BOMs and proposals, VMS integration and customer training across SEA markets. A Diploma or Degree in IT/CS/Engineering is required, with 2+ years in security systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related Engineering discipline.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in security systems.
• Experience in Singapore and SEA markets.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, NVRs, storage, and networking.
• Knowledge of AI video analytics and edge computing technologies.
• Hands-on experience with VMS platforms such as Milestone, Genetec, or Luxriot.

Sale Engineer

• Location: Lavender
• Working Hours: 9am – 530pm | Mon to Fri
• Salary: $4000 - $4500

Purpose of the job:

• As a Sales Engineer supporting the Southeast Asia (SEA) region, you will play a key role in designing and delivering surveillance solutions that address customer requirements and business challenges. We are seeking a technically strong, self-motivated individual who can independently learn new technologies, provide expert technical consultation, and support solution deployment across diverse markets.

Key Accountabilities

Solution Design & Proposal

• Design customized CCTV solutions tailored to industry-specific requirements across SEA markets.
• Proposed Cameras, NVRs, Storage systems, and network architecture based on customer needs.
• Prepare detailed system architecture diagrams, Bills of Materials (BOM), and solution proposals.

Product Demonstrations & Proof of Concept (POC)

• Conduct live or virtual product demonstrations highlighting key features such as AI analytics, edge processing, and third–party integrations.
• Deploy and manage POC systems at customer sites to validate performance and suitability.

Technical Consultation & Post‑Sale Support

• Provide technical consultation during pre‑sales engagements and post‑sales support.
• Assist with VMS integration, troubleshooting, and configuration to ensure seamless operation.
• Support the deployment of Edge AI applications and partner‑developed solutions.

Tender & Specification Support

• Collaborate with sales teams and channel partners to prepare technical documentation for tenders.
• Work with consultants and specifiers to position i‑PRO solutions in project specifications

Training & Partner Enablement

• Deliver technical and solution‑focused training to partners, distributors, and internal teams across SEA.
• Conduct workshops and webinars to strengthen product knowledge and solution‑selling capabilities.

Regional Collaboration & Travel

• Partner closely with country sales managers to drive regional success.
• Travel across Southeast Asia for partner visits, site surveys, training sessions, and POC deployments.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Experience working within the Singapore and Southeast Asia (SEA) markets.
• Strong expertise in CCTV systems, including IP cameras, NVRs, storage solutions, and networking.
• Knowledge of AI video analytics and edge computing technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with VMS platforms such as Milestone or Genetec or Luxriot or related VMS.
