Job Scope

We are looking for high-performing Sales Managers and Sales Engineers to support our global business expansion in the contract manufacturing sector. These roles are instrumental in executing sales strategies, managing client accounts, and driving new business initiatives in international markets. Ideal candidates should bring deep industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a track record of achieving sales targets while fostering strategic customer relationships.

Roles And Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Execution:

  • Support the execution of regional and global growth strategies aligned with the company’s vision.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to contribute to sales plans and unique selling propositions.
  • Work with leadership to translate market insights into tactical business development efforts.

Customer Engagement

  • Manage and expand relationships with key customers across assigned territories or sectors.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service levels and responsiveness.
  • Participate in contract discussions, offering technical and commercial input where necessary.

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and untapped markets.
  • Qualify leads, prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and follow through to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling and tailored solutions to customers.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Contribute to the identification and development of strategic alliances and partnerships to support business growth.
  • Assist in joint development opportunities that enhance the company’s market reach and competitiveness.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with teams in marketing, engineering, operations, and product development to align sales efforts with business capabilities.
  • Ensure customer feedback is captured and shared with relevant teams for continuous improvement.

Professional Representation

  • Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
  • Uphold the company’s reputation and values, and demonstrate ethical conduct in all dealings.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or engineering roles, ideally within the contract manufacturing or related industries.
  • Proven success in customer relationship management and revenue generation.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into commercially viable solutions.
  • Experience working with cross-cultural teams and in international markets is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or marketing (Master’s preferred for Sales Manager).
  • Must be comfortable with regular global travel.
