RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Pasir Panjang, Singapore is seeking a results-driven Key Account Executive for Modern Trade to manage a portfolio of supermarket accounts and drive in-store sales and visibility.

You will lead relationships with buyers, coordinate with Marketing and Operations, and mentor merchandisers to ensure strong outlet execution. Diploma or higher in Business/Marketing and at least two years FMCG Modern Trade experience required. Travel across Singapore expected.

• Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
• 2 years of FMCG Modern Trade experience.
• Comfortable travelling to assigned outlets across Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing modern trade accounts and buyers.
• Drive sales volume and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales, product listings, and in-store presence.
• Propose new product listings, promotions, and product launches.
• Lead and supervise merchandisers to ensure strong outlet execution and product displays.
• Monitor competitor pricing, activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Work closely with Marketing, Purchasing, Operations, and other internal teams.
• Prepare sales reports and account strategies for management.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Basic Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 + Transport Allowance: To be discussed + Variable Bonus

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Join an established FMCG business as a Key Account Executive - Modern Trade , managing a portfolio of existing supermarket and modern trade accounts. This is a 100% farmer role , focused on strengthening customer relationships, growing existing accounts, and driving in-store sales and visibility.
