Intuit Recruitment Pte Ltd is recruiting a Key Account Executive for a permanent role in Lentor. The position offers 8am to 5:45pm hours, with salary up to $5,000 plus transport and mobile allowances, KPI-based incentives, and AWS.

The role entails managing key accounts, driving sales, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure order fulfilment and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in Sales or KAM within FMCG/food sectors, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec with 1+ year in Sales or KAM in FMCG/food sector
• Experience in managing customer accounts and building long-term relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP/CRM experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly sales targets
• Manage customer accounts and maintain long-term business relationships
• Oversee the sales cycle from business development to post-sales support
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Track and manage promotional budgets to maximise business performance and ROI
• Ensure effective execution of sales initiatives and monitoring of product visibility
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and account performance updates
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction

Our esteemed client in the Food Manufacturing industry is seeking a Key Account Executive to join their dynamic team:

Employment Type: Permanent

Position: Key Account Executive

Location: Lentor (Transport provided from designated pickup locations)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.45pm

Salary Package: Up to $5,000 + Transport & Mobile Allowance + KPI-based Performance Incentives + AWS

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain strong long-term business relationships.
• Oversee the sales cycle, from business development to post-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Track and manage promotional budgets to maximise business performance and return on investment.
• Ensure effective execution of sales initiatives and monitor product visibility and merchandising standards where applicable.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account performance updates.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• At least Higher Nitec with minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development within the FMCG or food sector.
• Experience managing customer accounts and building long-term business relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or CRM systems will be an advantage.
