Job summary

MSC Consulting (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced ERP sales professional in Singapore to promote a range of products and services, focusing on business process improvement for clients. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will identify deals and drive closures with confidence and a strong results orientation.

The role requires 3–5 years in Business Application/ERP sales, experience with Mobile Apps, and a minimum diploma or higher.

Responsibilities

• Promote and actively push the range of products/services focusing on business process improvement for clients.
• Jointly and proactively identify business deals and opportunities and ensure closure.
• Be well equipped with all necessary product knowledge and basic demonstration skills.
• Conduct case studies, discussions and basic product demonstrations based on clients’ requirements.
• Preparation of quotations and business proposals based on clients’ requirements.
• Provide post-sales services and ensure post-sales satisfaction from the Company’s clientele.
• Monitor customers’ expectations and satisfaction with our products and services.
• Identify customers and company’s resources to realize joint business objectives.
• Identify gaps in client’s business processes to introduce mobility solutions.
