Job summary

GOLDEN CENTURY ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth in ACMV/HVAC systems and related engineering solutions in Singapore.

You will develop new business opportunities, nurture existing client relationships, and coordinate with project teams to ensure successful execution. The role involves preparing quotations and proposals, negotiating terms, and following through from enquiry to order.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development in engineering sectors is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Promote and sell ACMV/HVAC systems, equipment, and related engineering solutions.
• Identify potential clients, contractors, consultants, developers, and project opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and commercial submissions.
• Study project specifications, drawings, and ACMV requirements to recommend suitable solutions.
• Liaise with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and project requirements.
• Follow up on sales enquiries, tenders, and quotations through to order confirmation.
• Monitor sales targets, revenue, margins, and project profitability.
• Coordinate with the engineering and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Attend site meetings and resolve commercial or technical issues when required.
• Monitor project progress, variations, claims, and additional works.
• Develop long-term relationships with key accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Lead and support the sales team where applicable.
