Job summary

HTL MARKETING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales performance across our retail operations in Singapore.

You will develop sales strategies, monitor store performance and support retail teams to meet revenue and business objectives. You will collaborate with Store Managers, Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Operations to execute promotions, campaigns and product launches, while coaching teams on sales techniques and customer engagement to boost conversion and average transaction

Qualifications

• Experience managing retail sales teams.
• Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to review sales data.
• Ability to coordinate with Marketing and Visual Merchandising.

Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance across the Company's retail operations, developing sales strategies, monitoring store performance and supporting retail teams to achieve revenue and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve Company revenue and sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance across retail outlets and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular visits to the Company's retail stores to review sales performance, customer engagement and operational effectiveness.
• Work closely with Store Managers and retail teams to improve sales conversion, customer service and overall store performance.
• Set and monitor sales targets and key performance indicators across retail outlets.
• Analyse sales reports, customer trends and market conditions and provide recommendations to Management.
• Coach and guide retail teams on sales techniques, product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Identify opportunities to increase store traffic, conversion rates and average transaction value.
• Work closely with Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Operations teams on promotions, campaigns and product launches.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify business opportunities.
• Provide regular sales performance updates and recommendations to Management.
• Support new store openings and other retail sales initiatives.
• Ensure sales activities and retail operations comply with Company policies and procedures.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by Management.
