Job summary

Sinweb Manpower is seeking a senior sales leader to formulate and drive sales strategies for manpower and recruitment services in Singapore. You will establish revenue targets, forecast performance, and lead a high-performing sales team to meet key metrics and growth objectives.

You will drive corporate client acquisition, manage strategic accounts, and analyze market conditions to identify opportunities while mitigating risks. Strong negotiation skills and CEI certification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven track record in developing sales strategies and delivering measurable revenue and business growth.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to assess market opportunities, sales performance and business risks.
• Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams and manage key corporate accounts.
• Possess a valid CEI certificate.
