Job summary

Sinweb Manpower is seeking a senior sales leader to formulate and drive sales strategies for manpower and recruitment services in Singapore. You will establish revenue targets, forecast performance, and lead a high-performing sales team to meet key metrics and growth objectives.

You will drive corporate client acquisition, manage strategic accounts, and analyze market conditions to identify opportunities while mitigating risks. Strong negotiation skills and CEI certification are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
Proven track record in developing sales strategies and delivering measurable revenue and business growth.
Strong commercial acumen with ability to assess market opportunities, sales performance and business risks.
Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams and manage key corporate accounts.
Possess a valid CEI certificate.

Responsibilities

Formulate and drive sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability and business growth for manpower and recruitment services.
Establish sales forecasts, revenue targets and performance benchmarks, and take corrective action to improve commercial results.
Lead and develop the sales team, setting strategic direction, performance standards and accountability for key targets.
Drive corporate client acquisition, key account development and expansion of strategic business relationships.
Analyse market conditions, client demand and competitor activities to identify commercial opportunities and business risks.
Lead negotiations with key clients and oversee complex commercial or escalated client matters.
Review sales performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
