You will lead, coach and motivate the recruitment team; drive business development with new clients and expanding existing accounts; develop sales strategies; improve processes and implement systems; track metrics; strengthen employer branding; forecast hiring

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in recruitment or staffing
• Strong managerial/supervisory background
