Job summary

Cloud Creative Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a sales leader with experience in photography and entertainment to drive revenue, manage the sales team, and develop business plans covering sales, revenue, and expense controls.

You will set targets, track goals, coach the team, promote products, build relationships with Mandarin-speaking customers, and implement market strategies while accommodating late-night hours and weekend work.

• Experience working in photography and entertainment industry
• Managing organizational sales by developing business plans that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
• Conduct training and coaching for your sales team
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education
• Promoting the organization and products
• Understand our ideal target audience and how they best relate to our products
• Relationship building with new and existing customers
• Provide business development and strategic insight into specific market segments designated by upper management
• Work with management to create and implement sales strategies and policies to develop business in the respective markets
• Knowledge of mandarin dialect is essential as our customer base is primarily mandarin speaking
• Able to work late-night hours up to 3am, including weekends and public holidays
