Job summary

Pacific Hospitality PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth within the nightlife and entertainment sector in Singapore. You will craft business plans, set targets, coach the team, and build strong relationships with clients to expand market share.

The role demands Mandarin competency for the Mandarin-speaking customer base and willingness to work late nights, weekends, and public holidays. You will report to management and shape regional sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in nightlife and entertainment sales.
• Ability to develop business plans covering sales, revenue and expense controls.
• Mandarin language essential for customer base.

Responsibilities

• Experience working in nightlife and entertainment industry.
• Manage organizational sales by developing business plans covering sales, revenue and expense controls.
• Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Track sales goals and report results as necessary.
• Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Conduct training and coaching for your sales team.
• Develop your sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education.
• Promote the organization and products.
• Understand our ideal target audience and how they relate to our products.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide business development and strategic insight into market segments designated by management.
• Work with management to create and implement sales strategies and policies to develop business in the respective markets.
• Knowledge of Mandarin dialect essential as customer base is Mandarin speaking.
• Able to work late-night hours up to 3am, including weekends and public holidays.
