Job summary

Pacific Hospitality in Singapore seeks a dynamic sales leader for the nightlife and entertainment sector. You will guide a sales team, develop business plans, set targets, and coach staff to drive revenue while managing costs and promoting company products.

Fluency in Mandarin is essential as the customer base is Mandarin-speaking. Candidates should be comfortable working late-night hours, including weekends and public holidays, to align with venue schedules and market demands.

Responsibilities

• Experience working in nightlife and entertainment industry
• Developing business plans to manage sales, revenue, and expense controls
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
• Conduct training and coaching for your sales team
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education
• Promoting the organization and products
• Understand our ideal target audience and how they best relate to our products
• Relationship building with new and existing customers
• Provide business development and strategic insight into specific market segments designated by upper management
• Work with management to create and implement sales strategies and policies to develop business in the respective markets
• Knowledge of mandarin dialect is essential as our customer base is primarily mandarin speaking
• Able to work late-night hours up to 3am, including weekends and public holidays
