Job summary

S POWER SUPERMART PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a proactive Sales & Operations Manager to lead our retail footprint across stalls, pop-ups and online platforms.

You will implement sales strategies, oversee omnichannel channels, and analyse data to optimise offerings and pricing. You will also manage daily stall operations, coordinate procurement and inventory, liaise with suppliers and logistics partners, ensure hygiene, and train staff while handling customer service escalations and maintaining

• Plan and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and seasonal sales targets
• Oversee all retail channels (physical stalls, pop-ups, online platforms)
• Analyse sales data and customer feedback to optimise product offerings and pricing
• Manage promotions and campaigns in collaboration with marketing team
• Build and maintain customer relationships, including corporate and bulk orders
• Manage daily retail stall operations, including manpower deployment, cleanliness, setup, and closing
• Coordinate procurement, inventory management, and storage to ensure quality and freshness
• Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners for timely delivery and restocking
• Ensure adherence to hygiene
• Supervise stock-taking, wastage control, and reporting
• Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints promptly
• Maintain high standards of service and product quality
• Train staff in product knowledge, sales etiquett
