Job summary

Mustafa Marketing & Trading seeks an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee daily store activities across our outlets in Singapore. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure customer service excellence while driving sales performance and profitability.

The role requires strong merchandising, pricing and supplier coordination, with a focus on compliance, safety, and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of retail outlets to ensure smooth business activities.
• Supervise retail staff schedules, attendance, performance and daily duties.
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, replenishment and ordering to maintain product availability.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and handle enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Track sales performance and revenue, identify trends and implement sales-improvement strategies.
• Maintain proper merchandising, pricing, promotions and store presentation per standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers on orders, deliveries, pricing and stock availability.
• Manage cash handling, daily sales reconciliation and financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, cleanliness and regulations.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly operational reports with efficiency recommendations.
