Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
• Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the sales team.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and sales presentations where required.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers.
• Monitor sales performance, revenue, and profit margins.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and provide guidance and support to the sales team.
• Monitor sales pipelines and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations, project, finance, and management teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve sales-related issues professionally.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
• Ensure proper documentation and accurate updating of customer and sales records.
• Develop strategies to increase customer retention and repeat business.
• Attend client meetings, business networking events, exhibitions, and industry events when required.
• Ensure sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Coach and train sales staff to improve their sales skills and performance.
• Review individual team performance and recommend improvements or corrective actions.
• Perform any other sales and business development duties assigned by management.
