• Leading, motivating and managing the sales team to meet targets.
• Hiring and training Sales Representatives and addressing personnel issues.
• Conducting regular sales meetings and coaching team members.
• Preparing and monitoring the sales department budget and approvals.
• Tracking and analyzing sales statistics with quantitative metrics.
• Handling escalated customer issues with products or service they receive.
• Establishing sales and revenue quotas and monitoring the performance of sales staff.
• Researching market changes and identifying emerging opportunities.
• Nurturing relationships with collaborators and clients.
