Sales cum Admin Manager
We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and hands‑on Sales cum Admin Manager to oversee the daily sales and administrative operations of our showroom and retail business.
The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, organized, responsible, and able to lead the sales team while ensuring that showroom, sales, and administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support the daily operations of the showroom and sales floor
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain good service standards
- Attend to customer enquiries and provide professional product recommendations and customer service
- Monitor sales performance and identify practical ways to improve sales results
- Handle customer orders, quotations, invoices, follow‑ups, and after‑sales matters
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and order documentation
- Coordinate with warehouse, delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Manage day‑to‑day administrative duties including filing, documentation, data entry, and record keeping
- Assist with staff scheduling, attendance records, leave coordination and basic manpower administration
- Prepare sales reports, administrative reports and other updates required by management
- Monitor outstanding payments and assist with customer payment follow‑ups where required
- Ensure showroom displays, product presentation and overall showroom appearance are maintained to a high standard
- Handle customer feedback, complaints and service recovery professionally
- Train and guide new sales staff on products, customer service and internal procedures
- Assist management with general coordination and operational matters
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, customers and service providers when necessary
- Support ad hoc sales, administrative and operational duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, showroom sales, administration or a similar supervisory or managerial role
- Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Able to lead and supervise a sales team
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Responsible, hardworking and target‑driven
- Good attention to detail and able to maintain accurate records
- Comfortable using computers Microsoft Office messaging applications POS systems and other basic business software
- Positive attitude and willing to support different sales administrative and operational needs
- Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
Preferred Skills
- Experience in furniture showroom or retail sales
- Experience supervising or managing a sales team
- Experience handling administrative and office coordination duties
- Ability to understand customer needs and close sales effectively
- Good problem‑solving skills and ability to handle customer issues professionally
- Experience with quotations invoicing order processing and payment follow‑ups
- Basic knowledge of inventory and delivery coordination is an advantage

- 6 days work week
