BakeLab Bakery Laboratory (BakeLab) — A Member of Tomizawa Shouten Inc. (Japan) in Singapore invites an Admin Executive to handle sales documentation, invoicing, order management, and logistics coordination ensuring smooth operations.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of admin experience in food/FMCG, a diploma or equivalent, and strong MS Office skills (Excel/Word). The role offers basic salary with bonus and company transport; hours are Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in Food, Beverage, or FMCG.
• Diploma or GCE A/O Level in Business Administration or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

Responsibilities

• Invoicing: issuance of Sales Invoices.
• Order management: match Purchase Orders (PO) against Delivery Orders (DO) and Note of Delivery (ND) to ensure 100% data integrity.
• Logistics coordination: manage delivery schedules and ensure accurate documentation alignment.
• Filing & record keeping: establish and maintain a filing system for all sales, POs, and departmental records.
• Inter-department liaison: coordinate with various departments to support customers and partners in their sales, marketing, and communication needs.
