Job summary

ROLL 'ROUND THE WORLD PTE. LTD. is seeking an energetic Baker & Bakery Operations Executive in Singapore to handle hands-on baking, food prep, and daily bakery operations.

You will manage orders, prepare products, pack and dispatch, coordinate with delivery partners, and ensure quality and safety in a fast-paced environment. Shift work includes evenings; salary S$2,500–S$3,000 monthly; start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years baking experience in bread or bakery production.
• Food Safety Level 1 certification required.
• Able to follow recipes and production procedures.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Physically able to stand for long periods in a bakery.
• Proficient with Shopify and delivery apps.

Responsibilities

• Baking & Food Preparation: measure ingredients, bake products, follow schedules, operate equipment, prepare icings and decorations, ensure quality.
• Order Management: monitor online orders, plan production, prepare ingredients, ensure accuracy of orders.
• Packing & Dispatch: pack products, label orders, prepare delivery orders, coordinate with partners like Lalamove, track deliveries.
• Bakery Operations: assist day-to-day operations, manage inventory and storage, maintain clean and organized areas, assist with opening/closing.
• Cleaning, Hygiene & Food Safety: maintain cleanliness, follow food safety procedures, comply with local safety requirements.
