Job description

Position: Sales Interior Designer (Junior/Senior)

• Working Day: 5 Day (4 weekday + 1 weekend)
• Working Location: IMM Building (Required Site Visit)

Salary:

• Junior: Basic $1200 + 35% Project Profit
• Senior: Full Commission Role, 65% of Project Profit

Job Specification/Requirements

• Possessed Diploma in Interior Design or related & equivalent is preferred, (Training will be provided)

Job Description

• Prepare Design Proposal &/OR Presentation for space planning and design conceptualization from client’s requirements
• Generating Quotation from client’s requirements
• To communicate & provide explanation confidently for any design/renovation process upon client’s query before project confirmation
• Manage Client’s expectation before and during the project duration
• Converting prospective clients to actual sales
• Managing projects to meet project objective and client’s needs
• In charge of the Project management as well as Site supervision of individual’s project
• Sales & Customer orientated services
