Job summary

Mencast Offshore & Marine Pte Ltd is seeking a results-driven sales professional to generate new business and manage relationships within the waste management sector in Singapore. You will drive sales targets, build strategic client plans, and communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires a minimum of two years in waste management sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in waste management sales or related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the waste management industry and its products and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Generate sales leads and build relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the waste management industry and its products and services.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure customer service excellence through timely resolution of customer issues.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to network and generate leads.

Position Objective and Summary
