Job summary

Aero Power Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a proactive sales professional to drive growth in Reserve Power Industrial Products. You will identify and qualify new prospects, manage full sales cycles, and provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers.

Responsibilities include tender responses, proposals, contract negotiations, and building lasting relationships with clients while collaborating with project and technical teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical or Power Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in M&E, Renewable Energy, or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and qualify new business prospects to expand market opportunities
• Conduct sales visits to potential customers and follow up to advance sales discussions
• Search for and respond to private and public tender invitations to secure new contracts
• Execute full sales cycle activities including preparing proposals, negotiating terms, closing orders, and collecting payments
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and detailed product specifications to support customer decision-making
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Deliver weekly project and sales forecast updates to management for informed decision-making
• Attend site surveys and meetings as required to assess customer needs and project requirements
• Collaborate with project and technical teams to provide pre- and post-sales support ensuring successful project delivery
