Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive (Office Automation & IT Solutions) in Singapore. The role focuses on developing new B2B business opportunities and managing relationships with local and overseas customers.

The position offers a permanent, full-time role with a base salary up to SGD 3,200 plus sales commissions, variable bonus, and medical benefits. Training will be provided to support product and sales growth.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and business development experience.
• Experience handling B2B sales is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new B2B business opportunities via phone, email and online channels.
• Follow up with local and overseas customers and prospects.
• Manage existing accounts and identify upselling opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and manage sales inquiries through to order confirmation.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Work towards sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Position : Sales Executive (Office Automation & IT Solutions

• Location : Sin Ming Lane

• Working hours : Monday to Thursday: 9am to 6.30pm | Friday: 9am to 6pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross up to $4,200 or more (Basic up to $3,200 + Sales Commission (Average $1,000 + per month, subject to performance) + Variable Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : B2B Import / Export – Copiers, Parts & Consumables

Main Responsibilities

• Develop new B2B business opportunities through phone, email and online channels.

• Follow up with local and overseas customers and prospects.

• Manage existing accounts and identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.

• Prepare quotations and handle sales enquiries through to order confirmation.

• Maintain good customer relationships and provide after‑sales support.

• Work towards assigned sales targets and maintain an active sales pipeline.

Requirements

• Minimum O-Level, Nitec, Diploma or equivalent.

• Sales, business development or customer‑facing experience preferred.

• B2B sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

• No driving licence or vehicle required.

• Product and sales training will be provided.
