Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an Inside Sales Executive (B2B) to develop new business and manage existing accounts from our Sin Ming Lane location in Singapore. You will engage local and overseas customers via phone and email, prepare quotations, and drive orders while achieving sales targets.

The role offers base pay with commissions, a 14-day annual leave package, medical benefits, and a permanent contract. Prior B2B or sales experience is valued, with product training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum O-Level, Nitec, Diploma or equivalent.
• Sales, business development or customer-facing experience preferred.
• B2B sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• No driving licence or vehicle required.
• Product and sales training will be provided.

• Follow up with local and overseas customers and prospects.
• Manage existing accounts and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and handle sales enquiries through to order confirmation.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Work towards assigned sales targets and maintain an active sales pipeline.

• Position : Inside Sales Executive (B2B)


• Location : Sin Ming Lane


• Working hours : Monday to Thursday: 9am to 6.30pm | Friday: 9am to 6pm


• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross up to $4,500 or more (Basic up to $3,200 + Sales Commission (Average $1,000+ per month, subject to performance) + Variable Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits
