Job summary

Celecti Pte Ltd, a SGX-listed group specialising in industrial solutions, is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Executive to join its growing team in Singapore Central. This permanent full-time role involves supporting the business development team and handling quotations.

You will respond to inquiries, coordinate between departments, process orders, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate has a diploma and at least one year in sales support, with MS Office and SAP B1

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in any field.
• Min. 1 year of relevant sales support experience preferably marine/offshore industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with SAP Business One is an advantage

• Provide sales support to the business development team
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations for clients and process purchase orders
• Respond promptly and efficiently to all incoming enquiries
