Job summary

A local company in Singapore seeks an enthusiastic individual for an entry-level sales position. Responsibilities include preparing sales quotations, liaising with suppliers and customers, and assisting with various installation tasks. This role ensures good customer relationships while managing documentation related to sales and inventory.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in a related field required.
• Experience in office system furniture, commercial carpet, or interior design preferred.
• Entry Level specialization in Sales - Corporate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales quotations and receive sales orders.
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and relevant documents.
• Liaise with suppliers/customers on delivery and inventory.
• Provide support including documentation and relevant reports.
• Install and configure computer hardware and software.
• Assist clients in setting up systems or resolving issues.
• Establish good working relationships with customers.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks as instructed by the manager.

Job description

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Prepare sales quotations and receive sales orders.
• Prepare delivery order, invoice and other relevant documents.
• Liaise with suppliers/customers on delivery and stocks inventory / entries.
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant report.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Assist and/ or guide client through a series of actions, to help setup systems or resolve issues.
• Establish good working relationships with customers and other professionals.
• Any ad-hoc assigned as instructed by manager.

Requirements:

• Positive attitude & independent.
• Experience and knowledge in office system furniture or commercial carpet or interior design.
• Good contacts with interior Designer & Architect.
• Possess good interpersonal skills.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Sales – Corporate or equivalent.
