Job summary

You'll promote a broad range of products and maintain relationships with designers, contractors, and clients. This role requires strong communication, proactive organisation, and ability to manage multiple inquiries while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Experience in interior design, renovation, furniture, or related industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Confident client engagement and follow-up.

• Able to handle multiple leads and enquiries independently.
• Familiarity with interior products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiries and follow up with prospective and existing clients.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and close sales.

• Track leads, enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and sales progress through backend systems.
• Maintain accurate records of client and sales information.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall sales performance.

• Build and maintain good relationships with interior designers, contractors, and clients.

• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and close sales.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, clients and internal teams to ensure smooth fulfilment of sales orders and projects.

Requirements

• Sales experience, preferably in the interior design, renovation, furniture, building materials, product sales or related industries .

• Able to work independently and manage multiple leads and enquiries.
