Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a business development professional in Singapore, based at Jurong East. The role focuses on opening new customers and guiding them from initial sales to strategic partnerships, while serving as the primary interface to meet client needs.

You will cultivate trusted advisor relationships with clients, manage information flow, and help the sales team develop and close deals with leading local institutions. A variable bonus and welfare benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business / Engineering / IT or equivalent.
• 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience in similar position.

Responsibilities

• Open new customers and transition them from new sales to strategic partners.
• Act as the key customer interface, developing and maintaining strategic relationships.
• Develop and maintain 'trusted advisor' relationships with clients.
• Manage the flow of information and requests to clients.
• Play a key role in the sales team to develop, cultivate, and close deals with local institutions.
• Develop, execute and deliver quality solution-focused client presentations and proposals.
• Develops and maintains sales pipeline to deliver a high closure rate.

Salary: $4000 - $5000 (Basic)

Working Hour: Monday - Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)

Job Scope:

• To open new customers and create a seamless transition of clients from new sales to strategic partners.
• Act as the key customer interface, developing and maintaining strategic relationships with existing and potential new customers, providing solutions and services that best supports the client needs.
• Works to develop and maintain \"trusted advisor\" relationship with the clients.
• Manages the flow of information and requests to the clients.
• Play key role in sales team in developing, cultivating, and closing deals with leading institutions in the local market.
• Responsible for the development, execution and delivery of quality solution focused client presentations and proposals.
• Develops and maintains sales pipeline to deliver a high success rate of closure.
