Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Executive (Outdoor) to actively visit hotels and hospitality venues across Singapore, promoting our range of hotel amenities and products.

You will build relationships with existing clients, identify new opportunities, and work toward meeting personal sales targets while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth orders and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality or hotel supplies sales is preferred.
• Willing to travel around Singapore for client visits.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or SAP is a plus.
• Basic administrative and invoicing skills.

Responsibilities

Position: Sales Executive (Outdoor)

Working Days: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Location: TRADEHUB 21

Salary: $3,000 (have AWS)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct regular outdoor sales visits to hotels and hospitality establishments across Singapore to promote the company’s range of hotel amenities and products.

• Establish relationship with existing clients while identifying and developing new business opportunities.

• Meet clients in person to understand their requirements, introduce suitable products and recommend solutions tailored to their needs.

• Follow up with clients on product enquiries, orders and sales opportunities to drive business growth.

• Identify potential customers and expand the company’s client base within the hospitality industry.

• Provide product information, prepare quotations and negotiate sales terms where necessary.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery and effective resolution of client issues.

• Handle basic sales-related administrative duties, quotations and order documents, with minimal time spent on office-based paperwork.

• Work towards achieving individual sales targets and contributing to the company’s overall business growth.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.

• Previous sales experience is preferred.

• Experience in the hospitality industry, hotel supplies or product sales will be an added advantage.

• Willing to travel around Singapore for client visits.

• Basic administrative and computer skills for handling sales documentation and invoices.

• Knowledge of Salesforce or SAP is an added advantage.
