Job summary

The Curtain Boutique is seeking an energetic Indoor Sales Executive to support the Branch/Sales Manager in onboarding clients and achieving monthly sales targets. You will handle calls, follow up inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage documentation while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

A strong sales drive and ability to close deals will be rewarded with a good basic salary plus commission.

Qualifications

Min ‘O’ Level and above.
Sales driven and self-motivated with a positive mindset.
Independent, fast learner and passion for sales.
Excellent customer service skills.
A good team player and able to work well in fast-paced environment.
Articulate, good presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Enjoy indoor sales.

Responsibilities

Answer calls / Text Messages and returns voice mail messages promptly.
Tracks accurately all incoming demand (calls and walk ins).
Prepares and send quotation / invoices / receipts to the customers.
Immediately follows up on customer enquiries or reservations and attempts to make an appointment to do onsite measurement.
Collection of deposit and full payment from customers.
Provide support to the Branch / Sales Manager on the day-to-day management of the outlet.
Ensure that all customer-related documents are properly handled and filed correctly before handling over to after-sales department.
