Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Executive for freight forwarding at Loyang. You will develop new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to respond to inquiries and close deals.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience and a basic understanding of freight forwarding. Willingness to work extra hours when needed is expected. This is a permanent, full‑time position with a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the company's business growth by meeting targets using available resources.
• Develop new business opportunities and contribute to achieving sales KPIs.
• Manage a portfolio of new and potential customers through phone communication.
• Build strong customer relationships and grow accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams and act as the main contact to handle customer enquiries and issues.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the system.
• Identify and manage business and financial risks through proper monitoring.
• Handle credit control activities.
• Provide sales support, including preparing quotations, coordinating with overseas partners, and handling monthly pricing updates and reports.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM / 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Transport Allowance + Mobile Allowance + PB + AWS + VB + Medical Benefits

Duration: Permanent Role
