Job summary

Our client in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth in CCTV and security systems. Based in Woodlands, you will develop new business, visit sites, and manage relationships with customers, contractors and partners.

You will propose solutions, prepare quotes and presentations, and support project handovers with operations teams. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive attitude, and willingness to travel for meetings and site visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level / NITEC / Diploma or equivalent.
• Sales, business development or account management experience is advantageous.
• Experience in CCTV, security systems, access control, carpark or visitor management is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to travel for meetings and site visits.
• Class 3 Driving Licence and own vehicle are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through cold calling, networking, referrals and customer visits.
• Promote CCTV, access control and related security solutions.
• Build relationships with customers, contractors, consultants and business partners.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders and presentations.
• Follow up on enquiries and sales leads to secure orders.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with technical teams.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
• Maintain sales pipelines, customer records and reports.
• Support smooth project handover with operations and service teams.
