Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Sales Executive (B2B) in Bedok to develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base. You will recommend landscaping solutions and prepare proposals for clients.

Role requires 1+ year in landscape/horticulture or B2B sales, with a passion for plants and sustainable green environments; proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected, CRM experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in landscape, horticulture, plant-related or B2B sales.
• Passion for plants and sustainable green environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Recommend suitable indoor plant and landscaping solutions based on client needs.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and solution presentations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Negotiate and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
• Coordinate with operations and design teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide professional advice on plant selection and landscape solutions.

5 days a week - 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (Monday - Friday)

Salary

Gross up to S$5,000 (Basic up to S$4,000 + Attractive Commission)
