Qualifications

• 2 years in B2B sales.
• Comfortable talking to SME owners and decision-makers.
• Self-driven and target-oriented; comfortable with commission-based upside.
• Good communication in English; Mandarin a strong advantage for engaging Chinese-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, referrals and inbound enquiries
• Meet business owners and managers to understand their operations and pain points
• Present and demo AI solutions and custom software prototypes
• Work with our solutions team to scope requirements and prepare proposals and quotations
• Guide clients through the EDGE grant application process together with our team
• Manage the sales pipeline from first contact to signed deal using our CRM
• Build long-term client relationships and spot upsell opportunities

MajuTech builds custom AI-powered business software for Singapore SMEs: ERP systems, operations platforms, AI agents, WhatsApp AI bots and workflow automation. We work with companies in logistics, F&B, trading, services and more to cut manual work and scale operations. Many of our projects are supported under the EDGE grant.

The Role

You'll be the bridge between SME business owners and our tech team. You find opportunities, understand how a client's business runs, and show them how AI and custom software can make it run better. No coding needed. We'll give you live prototypes and demos to sell with.

What You'll Do

• Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, referrals and inbound enquiries

What We're Looking For

• 2 years in B2B sales
