Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience owning full sales cycle from lead generation to handover.
• Familiarity with security hardware and public sector tenders is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and management reporting.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills; confident representing the brand at exhibitions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in security and public safety.
• Prepare tender proposals and service quotations, ensuring competitive and compliant submissions.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead to contract handover.
• Cultivate relationships with consultants, contractors, and end clients.
• Oversee forecasting, revenue tracking, and pipeline management for management reporting.
• Collaborate with internal Project, Service, and Finance teams to ensure delivery.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings.
