Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring an Education Sales Representative to promote and sell education programmes to parents, students and education partners. The role involves consultations, lead generation, and building partnerships to drive enrolments and growth.

Location is Rochor with a 5-day work week including weekends; a compensation package includes a base plus commission and aligns with experience and qualifications.

• Minimum 2 years experience in B2C/B2B education programme sales
• Early childhood/ education background

• Conduct programme consultations and recommend suitable learning solutions.
• Handle sales enquiries, follow up with leads and convert opportunities into enrolments.
• Generate new leads through outreach, networking, events and market research.
• Develop partnerships with schools, tuition centres, preschools and other organisations.
• Conduct presentations, meetings and propose suitable collaboration opportunities.
• Manage sales pipeline, customer records and follow-up activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote and sell education programme to parents, students and education partners.
• Conduct programme consultations and recommend suitable learning solutions.
• Handle sales enquiries, follow up with leads and convert opportunities into enrolments.
• Generate new leads through outreach, networking, events and market research.
• Develop partnerships with schools, tuition centres, preschools and other organisations.

• Manage sales pipeline, customer records and follow-up activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Support workshops, roadshows and education-related events.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth programme implementation.
• Keep updated on education programme, market trends and customer needs.
• Achieve individual and company sales targets through effective sales strategies.
