Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking an Enrollment Sales Executive for our Elias Mall education centre in Singapore. The role involves promoting coding programmes to parents, conducting tours and presentations, and following up on inquiries to convert leads into enrolments.

You will collaborate with Marketing to sustain a healthy lead pipeline, coordinate with teachers for student assessments, and maintain CRM records throughout the enrolment journey.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications or a related discipline.
• At least one year of relevant sales, business development or consultative customer-facing experience.
• Experience in education or consumer-facing sales would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents throughout the enrolment journey.

• Maintain accurate lead, parent and enrolment information in the CRM system.
• Support improvements to the customer and enrolment journey.
• Develop programme offers and packages based on parent feedback and market trends.
• Track sales activities, conversion rates and pipeline performance.
• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual enrolment targets.

Location: Elias Mall

Working hours: Wednesday to Sunday (11am - 8pm)

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 Monthly Basic Salary + Commission Bonus + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits + Career Progression

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications or a related discipline.
• At least one year of relevant sales, business development or consultative customer-facing experience.
• Experience in education, children’s enrichment, property, financial advisory or other consumer-facing sales would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to engage customers, follow up leads and close sales opportunities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems would be advantageous.
• Able to work Wednesday to Sunday, 11am–8pm.
