Job summary

Hustle Institute PTE. LTD. is seeking enthusiastic individuals to represent our education and training programmes at roadshows, exhibitions and events across Singapore.

No prior sales experience is required, and those who enjoy interacting with people and learning new skills are welcome to apply. You will engage with the public, explain course information, guide enrolment and work towards sales targets. On-the-job training will be provided, with opportunities to grow sales and customer

• Follow up with potential customers and respond to enquiries.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Participate in product training and team activities.

What You'll Do

• Represent our education and training programmes at roadshows and promotional events across Singapore.
• Engage members of the public to understand their learning needs and interests.
• Introduce suitable courses and workshops, including eligible SkillsFuture-supported programmes.
• Explain course information and guide interested individuals through the enrolment process.
• Follow up with potential customers and respond to their enquiries.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Participate in product training, coaching and team activities.

What We Offer

Attractive Remuneration

• Basic monthly salary of $2,500.
• Uncapped commission based on sales performance.
• Opportunities to increase your earnings through performance.

5-Day Work Week

• Five working days and two rest days per week.
• Weekend and public holiday work may be required depending on roadshow schedules.
• Rest days will be scheduled according to operational requirements.

Training and Development

• On-the-job training and guidance will be provided.
• Develop practical skills in sales, communication and customer relationship management.
