Job summary

Aktio Pacific Pte Ltd is recruiting a Sales Executive to grow construction equipment sales and rentals in Singapore. You will develop new business, manage client relationships, and deliver excellent customer service.

The role involves promoting Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, Generators, Compressors and Tower Lights, with regular client meetings, site visits, and proactive follow-ups to close deals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in construction equipment, machinery rental, construction or B2B sales is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and attend meetings.

Responsibilities

• Promote and lease construction equipment to clients in the construction industry.
• Generate new business through cold calling, client visits, presentations and follow-ups.
• Identify and develop new customers to expand market reach.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial terms, and negotiate to secure orders.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations and orders to close sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Conduct regular client meetings and on-site visits to assess requirements.
• Provide after-sales support and respond promptly to customer inquiries or issues.
• Achieve sales and rental targets through effective sales strategies.

Job Summary

Join Aktio Pacific as a Sales Executive to drive growth in construction equipment sales and rentals by developing new business, managing client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Promote and lease construction equipment, including Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, Generators, Compressors, and Tower Lights, to construction industry clients
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, client visits, presentations, and follow-ups
• Identify and develop new customers within construction and related industries to expand market reach
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial terms, and negotiate with customers to secure orders
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and sales opportunities to ensure timely closure
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase loyalty and repeat business
• Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to assess and understand customer requirements
• Provide professional after-sales support and respond promptly to customer enquiries or issues
• Achieve individual sales and rental targets by executing effective sales strategies

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess own transport to attend client meetings and construction site visits

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in construction equipment, machinery rental, construction, or B2B sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven, proactive, and highly motivated to achieve targets
• Self-disciplined and able to work independently with minimal supervision
