OECL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience selling Air Freight and Sea Freight.

You will identify new opportunities, generate leads, and build lasting relationships to deliver excellent freight services. You will negotiate rates, prepare quotations, and close sales while collaborating with operations to ensure smooth delivery. A strong network in international shipping and a self-motivated, target-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in international freight forwarding.
• Strong experience selling both Air Freight and Sea Freight.
• Good understanding of international shipping, import/export and freight forwarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Air Freight and Sea Freight
• Generate leads through prospecting, networking, referrals and customer visits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Understand customers' import/export requirements and recommend suitable freight solutions
• Prepare quotations, negotiate rates and close sales
• Follow up on leads and actively convert opportunities into business
• Develop and grow your own customer portfolio
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure excellent service delivery
• Meet and exceed monthly/annual sales targets.

• Existing customer network/contacts will be an advantage
• Strong business development and negotiation skills
• Confident in meeting customers and developing new accounts
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A strong commercial mindset with a passion for winning new business
