Job summary

J-MPLOY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support professional to drive business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and targeted outreach. The role focuses on building strong relationships with customers and understanding their IT needs.

You will collaborate with sales managers, presales and technical teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents, while maintaining accurate records and pipelines. Working hours are Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM at Ang Mo Kio.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or customer service is preferred.
• Comfortable with cold calling and proactive business development.
• Experience with IT, networking, cybersecurity or system integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, direct mailing, referrals and other sales activities.

• Liaise with Sales Managers, presales and technical teams on pricing, product availability and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales records, quotation archives and pipeline reports.
• Follow up on prospects and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

• Experience in IT, networking, cybersecurity or system integration is an added advantage.
