Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales support, sales administration, sales coordination or customer service.
• Comfortable with cold calling and proactive business development activities.
• Experience with AutoCount is an advantage.
• Experience in IT, networking or cybersecurity or system integration is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, direct mailing, referrals and other sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
• Conduct client meetings to maintain customer satisfaction and identify upselling and renewal opportunities.
• Coordinate with partners, vendors and distributors to explore new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales quotations, renewal proposals, tender documents and other sales-related documentation.
• Liaise with Sales Managers, presales and technical teams on pricing, product availability and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales records, quotation archives and pipeline reports.
• Follow up on prospects and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives.
